Who is eligible for a housing certificate under the eRecovery program?

Participants in the “eRecovery” program can obtain a housing certificate under the following conditions:

• they are citizens of Ukraine;
• they have housing that was destroyed as a result of military actions (after February 24, 2022);
• they have no criminal record for crimes against the state.

Priority in issuing certificates is given to the following categories of persons: participants in military operations, persons with disabilities resulting from military operations, mobilized citizens, and families of deceased defenders.
