RIEL Real Estate Corporation not only sells square meters, but is also the construction investor as its clients.

By choosing us, you can be sure that your funds are securely protected. When financing facilities, we use the methods of investment established by law, that guarantee retaining investment and their intended use.

These are Collective Investment Schemes (CIS): Corporate Investment Funds (CIFs) and Mutual Investment Funds (MIFs), the assets of which are managed by the Asset Management Company (AMC). They invest in construction, concluding investment agreements with developers and trading forward contracts.

To protect investments, we work with the independent financial company “FINBUD”, which creates Construction Financing Funds (CFF). The CFF provides for the transparent use of funds only for their intended purpose and controls each investment movement.

Because RIEL Real Estate Corporation invests in construction projects, it has exclusive rights to sell them.

The company participates in many charitable projects and is a member of the Association of Western Ukrainian Developers.
