Terms of payment
The minimum down payment is from 10% of the cost of the apartment. The balance of the value of the apartment will be pegged to the US dollar*.
Purchase (payment) by instalments
Provided before completion of the construction of the house. The amount left to be paid, is divided into equal parts and repaid either monthly or quarterly.
Agreement
There are 4 types of agreements:
- Forward Contract Sale and Purchase Agreement
- Participation in the Construction Financing Fund Agreement
- Presale Contract
- Purchase/sale Agreement, the so-called Principal Agreement
* in accordance with the selling rate of the interbank foreign exchange market as of the end of the previous day, before signing the agreement (selling rate on www.minfin.com.ua/currency)
