The right to receive financial assistance is granted to Ukrainian citizens who are owners or co-owners of housing that has suffered damage as a result of military events, terrorist acts, or sabotage initiated by Russia's armed aggression. The premises must be suitable for restoration, as confirmed by an assessment carried out by a commission set up by the local self-government body, and must not be deemed irreparable.
A necessary condition is that the repairs must not be carried out by the owner independently. Financial compensation will not be provided even if the property owner submits fiscal documents and receipts from commercial establishments.
To obtain financial support under the “eRestoration” project, it is necessary to open a bank account with one of the program's partner banks. The procedure for opening an account has standard conditions in all financial institutions, and the differences are determined solely by the amount of cashback interest and additional bonuses available to customers when paying.
The funds received should only be spent for purposes related to the restoration of damaged housing, and this must be done within a year. Please note that cash cannot be withdrawn from the card, and the funds cannot be used for purposes other than repairs.
Payments can only be made in stores that are authorized in the “eVidnovuvannya” program, or to pay for the services of repair crews or companies registered in this system. If the funds are not spent within the specified period, the balance is automatically returned to the budget.
