Who can use the “eRestoration” program?

  • Participants in military operations.
  • Persons who have become disabled as a result of combat injuries.

  • Parents raising children in family homes.

What are the funds allocated by the state under the “eRecovery” program intended for?

  • Purchase of building materials.
  • Payment for construction work and contractor services.
  • Purchase of housing to replace completely destroyed property.

How much compensation can the state pay?

Up to UAH 200,000 for repairs, or the equivalent of the total area of the property in the housing certificate, in particular for apartments up to 150 m2 or private houses up to 200 m2.

How can the money be used?

Compensation funds can be used to purchase building materials and pay for work. A housing voucher can be used to purchase an apartment, a private house, a country house, a garden house, or other residential property, or to finance the construction of a future residential property.

How can I receive financial assistance under the “e-Recovery” program?

First, submit an application via the web portal or the ‘Dія’ app. In the future, this service will be available at administrative service centers, notaries, and social security offices.

How can I make payments using the “e-Recovery” card?

You can only pay with the “eVidnovuvannya” card in stores that have the appropriate codes for transactions: 1520, 5211, 5231. Details and availability of codes should be clarified directly at the place where you plan to purchase goods or order repair services.
