Options for assistance for destroyed property

The “eRestoration” program provides assistance in two key formats:

• Direct reimbursement of repair costs. Recipients are reimbursed for minor repairs to damaged houses or apartments. The reimbursement limit is up to 200,000 hryvnia.
• Housing certificate as compensation for completely destroyed housing. In the event of complete destruction of housing, the recipient can receive compensation in the form of a housing certificate. This certificate can be used to build new housing or purchase ready-made housing on the primary or secondary market.

The government plans to launch another stage, which will include providing funds for the construction of a new house on one's own land plot. This project is still in the development stage.

These assistance options are designed to provide effective support to citizens whose property has been damaged as a result of military action and can meet different needs and situations.
