Restrictions on obtaining the “eRestoration” certificate

There are certain restrictions on obtaining a housing certificate under the “Restoration” program. Below is a list of categories of persons with limited access to this program:

• Persons subject to sanctions.
• Persons with a criminal record for committing criminal offenses specified in Section I “Crimes against the foundations of national security of Ukraine” of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
• Successors of the above persons.

It is important to note that in order to obtain a certificate, a citizen must renounce ownership of the damaged housing before receiving financial compensation. This step is mandatory for successful participation in the “єВідновлення” program.
