Construction of Stage 1 of the Sister Residential Complex in Kyiv is currently in progress at the building site.

Section 1.4: The vertical structural elements of the eighth floor have been completed, and installation of the floor slab has begun. At the same time, masonry work on the external and internal walls continues, along with the installation of the stair flights.
In all sections, works on the installation of sewerage systems, water supply networks and heating systems are continuing in the basement premises. Installation of the ventilation system has also begun.
At the same time, works on the installation of external engineering networks have commenced at the site.
The Sister Residential Complex is being developed in the RIEL Family Style format – a concept that combines a comfortable environment for living, working and leisure. The project provides for the construction of a kindergarten and preschool centre, a coworking and business space, the arrangement of barrier-free routes, pram storage rooms, and shared recreation areas for residents.
The construction of the complex is ongoing at t3 Klemanska Street, Kyiv.
