According to the results of a comprehensive analytical assessment by Ukrainian Business Award, we ranked first in the Top 10 Construction Companies in Kyiv 2025, receiving the highest score among developers in the capital.
The analytics were developed by the Ukrainian Business Award with the support of analytical partners Serpstat and Clarity Project. The ranking assessed operational, reputational and digital indicators, including the scale of completed projects, diversification of real estate formats, customer experience, brand strength, the quality of online presence and the level of communication with investors.
Among the key criteria in which RIEL demonstrated strong results were its leading reputation among investors, a high level of information transparency and the consistent fulfilment of its obligations.
For us, this recognition confirms the team’s systematic work, our responsibility to investors and the consistent delivery of projects in Kyiv. We will continue to expand our portfolio in the capital, raise service standards and strengthen trust in the RIEL brand within Ukraine’s residential development market.
