Following the completion of a key stage of excavation and ground-stabilisation works, the Brother Residential Complex is entering a phase of active construction. These preparatory engineering works form the foundation of the future building, ensuring the reliability of the structures, the stability of the foundation and the long-term operational quality of the development.
This stage is usually the least visible from the outside, yet it is one of the most crucial in the construction process. It involves a range of technological solutions that contribute to the strength and durability of the future complex, including groundwork preparation, soil stabilisation, and the proper organisation of foundation structures and engineering systems.
The first phase of the project is currently at this stage.
Section A1: Concrete blinding has been completed. Work is now underway on the waterproofing of the foundation slab, while reinforcement of the raft foundation and vertical structural elements of the technical floor is continuing.
Section A2: Concrete blinding is scheduled to be carried out. Preparations for the installation of waterproofing and the foundation slab are ongoing.
Section A3: The foundation slab has been completed. Work on the vertical structural elements of the technical floor is about to begin.
Installation of tower crane No. 1 is also underway on site. At the same time, preparations are being made for the installation of tower crane No. 2.
These engineering solutions lay the foundation for the overall quality of the project. It is at this stage that the structural reliability of the building is established, determining its durability, comfort and safety for future residents.
With the transition to the active construction phase, the pace of the project’s implementation is also increasing.
