At the construction site of the Brother Residential Complex in Kyiv, within Stage 1, installation of the pile foundation has been completed in all sections — a key stage that forms the structural foundation of the future buildings.
In Section A1, concrete blinding has been completed, and preparations are underway for installation of the foundation slab waterproofing and reinforcement of the pile cap.
In Section A2, concrete blinding is scheduled for execution, while preparatory works for installation of waterproofing and construction of the foundation slab are ongoing in parallel.
In Section A3, concrete blinding has been completed, waterproofing works have been finalised, and reinforcement of the foundation slab has commenced.
In addition, works are underway to construct the foundation for the tower crane and to prepare for its installation.
