Active works on Stage 1 are underway at the construction site of the Brother Residential Complex in Kyiv.
Following the completion of the excavation works, in-depth pile testing was carried out to assess their strength and behaviour under load. Based on the test results, the structural solutions were updated, and the formation of the pile field — which will serve as the foundation for the future section — has begun.
This is a crucial stage that determines the reliability of the foundation and the long-term durability of all buildings within the complex.
