Construction works at Nordica Residence are proceeding in accordance with the approved schedule.
In Stage 2, in the second building, screed pouring is ongoing, lift commissioning works are being carried out, and electrical networks are being installed to the apartments (readiness up to the 22nd floor). In common areas, plastering works are underway, with readiness from the 4th to the 22nd floor.
In the third building, plastering works continue (readiness from the 6th to the 18th floor), along with façade works. Installation of two lifts has been completed, one of which has already been put into operation.
As part of Stage 2, works on fitting out the individual heating substation premises are also ongoing: screeding has been completed, while finishing works and switchboard installation are in progress.
In the fourth building of Stage 3, the pouring of the basement floor slab has been completed, and works on the installation of the vertical elements of the first floor have begun. In the fifth building, earthworks and the pouring of the foundation for the tower crane are ongoing.
In the first car park, 98% of the screed pouring has been completed, and installation of the car park gates is ongoing. In the second car park, installation of electrical networks continues, along with the installation of smoke extraction and sprinkler fire suppression systems, and brick partition masonry has been completed.
