Construction at Nordica Residence continues in line with the approved schedule.
In the first parking facility, we are completing the floor screed installation on the -1 and -2 levels, while finishing works are being carried out in parallel.
In the Stage II, the installation of heating, ventilation, and water supply pipelines has been completed up to the 26th floor. Floor screed works are ongoing on the 22nd floor. Elevator commissioning works are in progress. Electrical network installation to the apartments continues — completed up to the 15th floor. Plastering of the common areas is underway, currently progressing from the 5th to the 14th floor.
In the Building 3, plastering and façade works continue. Installation of both elevators has been completed. The floor screed has been poured on all floors except the first two.
Within the Stage II, work is also ongoing on the installation of the individual heat substation, electrical switchboards, and pumping stations. In the second parking facility, electrical network installation is progressing, as well as the installation of smoke extraction systems and the sprinkler fire extinguishing system.
In the Building 4, the raft foundation has been completed, and construction of the basement level has begun. In the Building 5, earthworks are underway.
