Construction of Stage 1 of the Sister residential quarter in Kyiv is ongoing.
In Section 1.1, the floor slab above the sixth floor is being installed.
In Sections 1.2 and 1.3, vertical structural elements of the sixth floor are under construction.
In Section 1.4, work on the vertical elements of the fifth floor is continuing.
Masonry works have begun on the basement levels as well as on the first, second, and third floors. In parallel, installation of the sewage system in the basement is underway.
The Sister Residential Complex is being developed in the RIEL Family Style format. The project provides for the construction of a kindergarten and early childhood centre, a co-working space, a business area, barrier-free routes, stroller storage rooms, and shared recreational areas.
Construction is taking place at 3 Klemanska Street, Kyiv.
