Construction is in full swing at the Sister Residential Complex in Kyiv. In Sections 1.1 and 1.2, vertical elements of the second floor are being installed. In Section 1.3, the floor slab above the first floor is being installed, while Section 1.4 is progressing with the vertical elements of the first floor. Meanwhile, builders continue waterproofing work and soil compaction in the surrounding areas.
The Sister Residential Complex is being developed in the RIEL Family Style format — a new class of housing designed to support a harmonious family life. The complex features a kindergarten and preschool centre, family-friendly coworking spaces, a business centre, barrier-free pathways, stroller storage areas, and shared recreation zones for residents.
The complex is being built in Kyiv at 3 Klemanska Street, near the scenic banks of the Dnipro River.
