Construction of the first stage of the Sister Residential Quarter in Kyiv is actively progressing.
In Section 1.1, vertical structural elements of the fifth floor are being completed. In Sections 1.2 and 1.3, the slab above the fourth floor is being installed. In Section 1.4, works on the vertical elements of the fourth floor are ongoing. Backfilling with compaction is also nearing completion.
The Sister Residential Complex is being developed in the Riel Family Style format. The project envisions the construction of a kindergarten and preschool center, a co-working and business space, barrier-free routes, storage areas for baby strollers, and shared recreation zones for residents.
Construction is taking place at 3 Klemanska Street, Kyiv.
