Construction of the first stage of the Sister Residential Complex in Kyiv is progressing actively.
In section 1.1, the floor slab above the third floor has been installed, and preparations are underway for the construction of the vertical elements of the fourth floor. In sections 1.2 and 1.3, work continues on the vertical elements of the third floor, while in section 1.4, the floor slab above the second floor is being installed. At the same time, waterproofing and backfilling with compaction are being completed on the site.
The Sister Residential Complex is being developed in the RIEL Family Style format is a new class of housing designed to foster harmonious family living. The project will feature a kindergarten and preschool centre, family-friendly coworking space, business centre, barrier-free routes, stroller storage areas, and shared recreation zones for residents of all ages.
The complex is being built in the capital at 3 Klemanska Street, Kyiv, near the picturesque banks of the Dnipro River.
