Construction of Stage 1 at the Sister Residential Complex in Kyiv is ongoing.
In Section 1.1, vertical structural elements of the eighth floor are being installed, and masonry works for both external and internal walls on the fourth floor are in progress. At the same time, installation of stair flights is underway, with four floors completed.
In Section 1.2, the floor slab above the seventh floor is being constructed, while masonry works for external and internal walls on the fourth floor continue. Installation of stair flights is also in progress, with five floors completed.
In Section 1.3, the floor slab above the seventh floor is being constructed, and masonry works for external and internal walls on the fourth floor are ongoing. Installation of stair flights has been completed up to four floors.
In Section 1.4, construction of the sixth-floor slab has been completed, and installation of vertical structural elements of the seventh floor has commenced. Masonry works for external and internal walls on the second floor are ongoing in parallel. Installation of stair flights has been completed up to three floors.
In all sections, works are ongoing in the basement areas to install the sewerage system, water supply networks, and heating systems.
The Sister Residential Complex is being developed in the RIEL Family Style format. The project provides for construction of a kindergarten and early childhood centre, a co-working space, business facilities, barrier-free routes, stroller storage rooms, and shared recreational areas.
