Construction of the first stage of the Sister in Kyiv is progressing on schedule.
In Section 1.1, the floor slab above the seventh floor has been poured, while brickwork of the external and internal walls is ongoing on the third floor.
In Sections 1.2 and 1.3, the installation of vertical structural elements of the seventh floor is underway. At the same time, bricklaying of the external and internal walls continues on the second floor.
In Section 1.4, the installation of vertical structural elements of the sixth floor has been completed, and brickwork of the walls is ongoing on the first floor.
In Sections 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3, the installation of stair flights is in progress. In parallel, works on the installation of the sewerage system in the basement premises continue across all sections.
The Sister residential complex is being developed in the RIEL Family Style format. The project provides the construction of a kindergarten and early childhood centre, coworking space, business areas, barrier-free routes, pram storage facilities, and shared leisure zones.
Construction is taking place at 3 Klemanska Street, Kyiv.
