Duplex apartments in modern residential developments are designed for those seeking more than a conventional layout. The promotional price is available under standard purchase terms. In particular, in Sections 1 and 2, a minimum initial payment of 30% is required, with the remaining balance payable either monthly or quarterly over a period of one year.
For Section 3 and parking spaces, a minimum 30% deposit also applies, while the outstanding balance may be paid monthly or quarterly until the property is commissioned. All payments are indexed to the US dollar exchange rate, based on the selling rate published on the RIEL website: riel.ua.
Additional preferential terms are available for buyers: a 3% discount applies for full (100%) payment, while military personnel, healthcare professionals, and internally displaced persons are eligible for special discounts ranging from 3% to 5%.
