Construction of the business-class residential complex Maxima Residence at 30 Konovalets Street in Kyiv is progressing according to schedule. Work is being carried out simultaneously across all sections of the complex and in the underground car park in line with the approved project implementation timetable.
Section 1: Active façade works and glazing of the building are continuing. Installation of the passenger lifts is nearing completion. At the same time, installation of engineering networks is ongoing.
Parking: In the underground car park, masonry works have been completed within the basement footprint of Section 1.
Section 2: Installation of window structures is continuing, and the building perimeter is actively being enclosed with glazing. In parallel, installation of engineering networks is underway. Façade works have also begun, including the installation of brackets and the façade substructure.
Section 3: Works on the installation of sheet piling have commenced.
The Maxima Residence Business-Class Residential Complex is being developed by RIEL in partnership with Bosphorus Development, an international developer whose history dates back to the 1930s.
