
Construction of the business-class Maxima Residence residential complex, located at 30 Konovalets Street in Kyiv, continues according to plan. Works are being carried out simultaneously across several sections as well as in the underground car park, in line with the approved project schedule.
Section 1: active façade works and glazing of the lower floors are underway. Installation of the substructure for subsequent ceramic granite cladding is in progress, along with thermal insulation installation and sealing works. Installation of passenger lifts continues, and preparations are ongoing for the commencement of works on the individual heating substation (IHS) equipment.
In the underground car park, intensive masonry works are in progress.
Section 2: installation of window units on the upper floors continues, with the building perimeter being actively enclosed with glazing. Engineering networks installation has commenced. The final layer of roof insulation has been completed, and façade works are starting.
Section 3: preparatory works for the pile cap are ongoing, with relocation of engineering networks from the building footprint at its final stage. Construction of the foundation for tower crane No. 3 is underway.
