Construction of the business-class residential complex Maxima Residence, located at 30 Konovaltsia Street, Kyiv, is progressing according to schedule. Works are being carried out simultaneously across all sections of the complex and in the underground parking area, in accordance with the approved project implementation timeline.
Section 1: Active façade works and glazing of the lower floors are ongoing, with installation of porcelain stoneware cladding about to commence. The supporting substructure for the ceramic granite cladding is being installed, insulation is being fitted, and sealing works are in progress on the lower floors, while sealing above the 16th floor has already been completed. Installation of the passenger lifts is currently in an active phase, with completion scheduled for March 2026.
Parking: Active masonry works are ongoing in the underground parking facility.
Section 2: Installation of window structures on the upper floors is continuing, and the building perimeter is actively being enclosed with glazing. Installation of engineering systems is proceeding in parallel. Installation of the final insulation layer on the roof has been completed. Façade works have commenced, including installation of mounting brackets.
Section 3: Relocation of engineering networks from the building footprint has been completed. Works are currently underway to construct the foundation for Tower Crane No. 3.
