We are pleased to share an on-site overview of the construction of the Maxima Residence residential complex, developed by RIEL and Bosphorus Development in Pecherskyi District of Kyiv. Together with Project Manager Artem Siebba and Ilona Antoniuk, Senior Brand Manager at RIEL, we present the current stage of construction and the key solutions embedded in the project.
In particular, according to Artem Siebba, special attention in the complex is paid to energy efficiency. The project features metal-plastic windows with 80 mm profiles and multifunctional insulated glazing units that exceed regulatory requirements for thermal resistance by more than 15%. This ensures improved thermal performance and living comfort, especially in the context of dense urban development.

Також у коThe complex also incorporates a multi-level security system, including a reception desk in the central lobby, security services, video surveillance, and access control using cards, NFC chips, and biometric solutions. In addition, autonomous systems are provided to ensure uninterrupted operation of key infrastructure — video surveillance, heating, pumping equipment, lifts, and lighting — in the event of possible power outages and similar situations.
