Construction Update from Maxima Residence

Construction of the business-class residential development Maxima Residence, located at 30 Konovaltsia Street in Kyiv, is progressing in line with the scheduled timeline. Façade, engineering, and internal works are being carried out in parallel on site, alongside preparations for the next stages of construction.

Section 1: Active façade works and glazing are ongoing, with 75% of window systems already installed. Installation of porcelain stoneware cladding on the façade is in progress. Passenger lifts have been installed, and commissioning works are currently underway. At the same time, engineering systems are being laid, including electrical distribution and fire protection systems, both in active phases. Screeding works have been completed on residential floors, and radiator installation has commenced.

Section 2: Installation and glazing of window systems are continuing, with 50% of the total area completed. Engineering networks installation remains ongoing. Façade works have commenced, including the installation of brackets and substructure, placement of insulation, and preparation for porcelain stoneware cladding. Installation of the freight lift has been completed, with commissioning works in progress. Installation of passenger lifts has also begun. Screeding works are underway on residential floors.

Section 3: The foundation for Tower Crane No. 3 has been completed, and its installation is now in progress. Within the section footprint, excavation works are nearing completion, and sheet piling has been completed in full.

Apartments may be purchased on instalment terms: for Sections 1 and 2, a minimum 30% deposit is required (indexed to the US dollar exchange rate), with the remaining balance payable monthly or quarterly over one year; for Section 3, a minimum 30% initial payment applies, with the balance payable until commissioning.

A 3% discount is available for full (100%) payment. Additional discounts of 3–5% are offered to military personnel, healthcare professionals, and internally displaced persons.
