Construction of Stages 2 and 3 of Nordica Residence is ongoing. Façade, interior, and engineering works continue on site, along with the development of the complex’s infrastructure.
Stage 2: In the Building 2, three out of four lifts have been installed, with the final one currently underway. Interior finishing works continue, including wall finishing and tile installation. Entrance doors to the apartments are being installed, with readiness from the 4th to the 25th floors. Façade works are ongoing, currently at 40% completion.
In the Building 3, plastering works have been completed. Finishing of common areas is ongoing, including wall painting and floor tiling. Façade works are nearing completion. Installation of entrance doors to the apartments has also been completed.
Within Stage 2, installation of equipment for the individual heating unit (IHU) is nearing completion.
Parking: In the second parking facility, installation of electrical networks is ongoing, along with the installation of smoke extraction systems and sprinkler fire suppression systems.
Stage 3: In the Building 4, installation of vertical structures of the 5th floor is underway. In the Building 5, installation of a tower crane is in progress, and preparation for excavation works has begun.
