The following works are currently underway at the facility:

• installation of the supporting wall of A-2 section;
• completion of monolithic concrete structures of the frame of A-1 section;
• brickwork of walls on 3-4 floors;
• works on the installation of ventilation ducts in A-1 section;
• installation of piles in A-1.2 section from the inside of the residential complex has been completed;
• reinforcement of the foundation slab of A-1.2 section;
