
We are pleased to share great news — apartment sales have started in a new building of the Sister Residential Complex in Kyiv. This concerns the second launch phase of the project, marking another step in its development as a cohesive residential environment with its own logic, rhythm, and infrastructure for everyday living.

A key feature of Sister Residential Complex is its design as a self-sufficient living environment, where engineering solutions, services, and infrastructure operate as a unified system — ensuring stability and a sense of control over everyday life. Everything here is thoughtfully planned so that residents’ comfort does not depend on external factors. The complex incorporates backup engineering solutions that guarantee uninterrupted operation: an on-site artesian well as a reserve water supply source, a rooftop boiler house allowing residents to determine the start and end of the heating season at the complex level, as well as backup power systems to support critical functions — including lifts, water supply, lighting, and security.
The complex is located along the banks of the Dnipro River, close to walking areas, River Mall, and all essential urban infrastructure.

We are also developing the Sister Residential Complex within the RIEL Family Style concept, creating a full-fledged living environment where most daily needs can be met close to home — without unnecessary travel across the city. This includes on-site educational facilities, cafés, a fitness club, co-working spaces, a shop, and a beauty salon.
The territories are designed as a multifunctional space: from active zones and TRX areas to quiet green spaces, themed gardens, and areas for family leisure.
A sports and wellness centre with padel tennis courts is also taking shape near the complex. This modern activity — combining sport and social interaction — is becoming an integral part of lifestyle in contemporary residential developments. We also place strong emphasis on safety: a gated, car-free courtyard, video surveillance, an underground parking facility that can serve as a shelter if needed, and inclusive infrastructure. All apartments will be equipped with starter security kits from Ajax, including a hub, motion sensor, door opening sensor, and a key fob with a panic button.

Apartments can be purchased under standard terms: with a down payment starting from 30%, as well as with an additional benefit — a 3% discount in case of full payment.
We are also continuously expanding opportunities for purchasing housing within the project. RIEL’s partner, Sky Bank, has already accredited the first launch phase under the state mortgage programme eOselia, allowing buyers to purchase an apartment on credit at interest rates of 3% or 7%. Currently, these terms apply only to apartments in the first building. For the new building, this option may become available once 30% construction readiness is achieved. Going forward, the list of apartments available within the programme may be expanded.
The new building in the Sister Residential Complex offers an opportunity to enter the project at an active development stage and choose a home within an environment designed from the outset as an integrated system. At the same time, early entry into the project opens up investment potential, as property values naturally increase alongside the development of the complex and expansion of its infrastructure.
