RIEL has been ranked among the top five developers in Ukraine by the number of apartments commissioned in 2025. The TOP 20 developers ranking was compiled by LUN in partnership with Forbes Ukraine, based on data from commissioning certificates.
According to the results of the year, RIEL secured 4th place nationwide, having delivered 1,768 apartments in Lviv and Kyiv.

The TOP 20 ranking includes developers from across Ukraine and reflects the actual volume of housing commissioned — one of the key indicators of a company’s reliability and consistency in the market.
In 2025, we focused on advancing our core projects and launching new phases. In particular, we introduced four new developments: in Lviv — Big Ben Residential Complex and Father Residential Complex, and in the capital — Sister Residential Complex and Brother Residential Complex. We also launched new stages within established Kyiv projects — Stage 3 of Nordica Residence and Stage 3 of Maxima Residence, which we are developing in partnership with the Turkish company Bosphorus Development.
In 2026, we continue to scale our residential quarters. Sales have started for Stage 2 of Big Ben Residential Complex in Lviv and Stage 2 of Brother Residential Complex in Kyiv. In addition, we brought to market new buildings, Morning and Evening, within the Riel City project — representing the next stage in the development of an already well-established residential environment in Lviv.
This approach enables us not merely to launch individual buildings, but to systematically develop integrated residential quarters with thoughtfully designed infrastructure and a comfortable living environment.

For us, this result is a confirmation of the consistency and scale of project delivery in Lviv and Kyiv. We continue to build, launch sales of new phases, and commission completed properties, maintaining a steady pace of growth while fulfilling our commitments to investors.
