We are pleased to share the news: RIEL has opened a new sales and customer service office in Kyiv. This space has been thoughtfully designed to provide our clients with a comfortable environment where they can explore our projects, address all matters related to property acquisition, and receive consultations regarding their existing purchases.
The new RIEL sales and customer service office is located at 5B Rostyslavska Street (ground floor), in the Elyseum Residential Complex.
The space features dedicated waiting areas, private meeting rooms for consultations and document signing, a children’s corner, and guest parking. We have also ensured the space is inclusive and fully accessible.
Importantly, the new office meets all safety requirements and, if necessary, can function as a shelter during air raid alerts.
To make acquaintance with our projects as engaging as possible, the office is equipped with a physical scale model, an interactive table, and VR headsets, allowing clients to experience the atmosphere of future living spaces.
The opening of the new office makes consultations even more convenient for our clients. RIEL sales offices are now available on both the left and right banks of Kyiv, allowing you to choose the location closest to you, receive expert advice, and immediately schedule a viewing of the residential complexes that interest you.
