The developer RIEL participated in the Lviv Build Forum, a professional event that brought together representatives of the construction market, investors, and industry experts to discuss the development of real estate.
The company showcased its own information stand, where the RIEL team engaged with attendees, presented its current projects — including Big Ben, Father, and Mistechko Pidzamche — and discussed key trends shaping the real estate market.
In addition to the exhibition segment, company representatives also joined the Forum’s discussion programme. In particular, RIEL’s Marketing Director, Borys Tsomaia, delivered a presentation on the main stage of the Lviv Build Forum, focusing on communications in the construction industry.

During his speech, he addressed modern approaches to marketing in real estate development, the importance of maintaining an open dialogue with clients, and the challenges companies face in today’s public information environment.
‘As marketers, we love creativity, memes, and bold campaigns. But for a client investing in an apartment, what often matters far more is something simple — clear and transparent information: what is happening on the construction site, what the timelines are, and exactly what they will receive,’ said Borys Tsomaia.
According to him, it is essential for developers today to build communication with clients at every stage of interaction — from initial interest through to living in a completed property.

The Lviv Build Forum is an event that brings together leaders of the construction industry, developers, contractors, investors, architects, and financial institutions from across Ukraine. It serves as a platform for open dialogue among top market players, fostering new partnerships and bold solutions in residential, commercial, and infrastructure development.
During the forum, participants discuss key challenges facing the construction sector, investment trends, client communications, and new approaches to the development of real estate projects.
