RIEL’s partner, SkyBank, has accredited another of our projects eligible for purchase through the state mortgage programme eOselia. This refers to the first launch phase of the Sister Residential Complex in Kyiv.
The bank’s accreditation confirms the reliability of the project and opens up additional opportunities for clients planning to purchase property using a state-backed mortgage.
From now on, our clients can purchase homes in the Sister Residential Complex on credit at rates of 3% or 7% under the eOselia programme.
At the same time, in 2026 the programme began operating under updated rules. In particular, the 3% mortgage rate has been extended to include mobilised military personnel, and new area limitations have been introduced for properties purchased within the programme.
