Construction at Sister Residential Complex in Kyiv continues to advance, with the project team completing a number of key milestones throughout June.
In Section 1.1, the reinforced concrete structural frame has been completed. Work is currently underway on the parapet walls surrounding the boiler plant room. Window systems and masonry works have been completed on the second, third and fourth floors.
In Section 1.2, masonry works are continuing on the eighth floor, while installation of the window systems is in progress on the seventh floor. Roofing works are also advancing in parallel.
In Section 1.3, masonry works are likewise progressing on the eighth floor, with window installation underway on the seventh floor. Roofing works continue, alongside the installation of the stormwater drainage system.
In Section 1.4, roofing and masonry works have been completed. Façade works are currently in progress, together with plastering of the common areas and floor screed installation. Construction also continues on the stormwater drainage and electrical distribution networks.
Within the basement areas of the first phase, installation of a high-strength concrete floor with a hardened topping finish has been completed. Installation of the district heating pipeline is also ongoing.
In Section 2.2, construction of the vertical basement structural elements is nearing completion, while vertical waterproofing continues.
In Section 3.1, the basement ceiling slab has been completed, and work has commenced on the vertical structural elements of the ground floor. At the same time, backfilling and vertical waterproofing works remain in progress.
