Active construction works are ongoing at the site of the Sister Residential Complex in Kyiv as development of the first stage continues.
In Section 1.1, the floor slab above the 11th floor has been completed. Masonry works on the 4th and 5th floors are also in progress.
In Section 1.2, works on the superstructure parapets are ongoing, while wall masonry continues on the 4th and 5th floors.
In Section 1.3, parapet installation works are also underway, and wall masonry is progressing on the 4th and 5th floors. In addition, window structures have been installed on the 2nd floor.
In Section 1.4, the monolithic structural frame has been fully completed. Masonry works are ongoing on the roof level and on the 7th and 8th floors. Floor screeds have also been poured from the 2nd to the 5th floors, and window structures have been installed.
Across all sections, intensive works continue in the basement areas on the installation of engineering systems, including sewage, water supply, heating, electrical supply, and ventilation.
Installation of the external sewage networks is also ongoing.
Separately, excavation works for the second launch complex are currently being carried out at the construction site.
