Construction of Stage 2 at the business-class Nordica Residence development in Kyiv is progressing steadily. Current works on site include façade installation, interior fit-out, engineering services, construction of the second underground car park and landscaping of the surrounding grounds.
In Building Two, installation of the passenger lifts has been completed, and the lifts are now ready for commissioning. Internal finishing works continue in the common areas, with wall finishes and tiling currently being completed between the 18th and 25th floors. Installation of the building’s electrical switchboards is 95% complete.
Finishing works to the entrance area and lobby are also progressing, with 80% of the works completed, while the façade installation has reached 85% completion.
In Building Three, finishing works in the common areas are approaching completion, with the works now 85% complete. At the same time, construction of the building lobby continues. Installation of the electrical switchboards has reached 95% completion, while façade works are likewise 85% complete.
Across Stage 2, finishing works to the pump room have been completed, and installation of the mechanical equipment has commenced. Installation of the water supply pipeline network serving the phase has also been completed. Landscaping works across the site remain in progress.
In the second underground car park, installation of the electrical distribution networks, smoke extraction system, and automatic sprinkler fire suppression system continues, with these works 85% complete. Installation of the car park flooring has also commenced.
In addition, installation of the roof waterproofing system beneath the future landscaped areas is nearing completion, with 95% of the works now complete.
