Construction of Stage Two at Nordica Residence continues to progress steadily. Works currently underway on site include façade installation, interior fit-out works, engineering systems installation, construction of the second parking facility, and landscaping of the surrounding territory (Stage 2).
Building Two: Installation of the final lift is nearing completion. Finishing works in the common areas continue, including wall finishes and floor tiling, with works currently being carried out from the 4th to the 18th floor. Interior fit-out works have also commenced in the entrance area and lobby. Façade works are now 70% complete.

Fit-out works in the entrance area have also commenced. Façade installation has reached 75% completion.
As part of Stage Two, installation of the electrical switchboards within the buildings is nearing completion. Works have also commenced on the booster pumping system, while landscaping of the surrounding territory is now underway. In addition, water supply pipelines for the second stage of the development are being installed.
Construction works continue on the second parking facility, including the installation of electrical networks, smoke extraction systems, and sprinkler fire suppression systems. These works are currently 75% complete. In parallel, waterproofing works are being carried out on the roof slab in preparation for future landscaping works above.
