Construction of Stages 2 and 3 of the Nordica Residence Residential Complex is progressing according to schedule. Façade, interior and engineering works are currently underway on site, while the complex’s infrastructure continues to develop.
Stage 2: In the Building 2, two of the four lifts have been installed, and installation of the remaining lifts is ongoing. Electrical networks to the apartments have been completed. Interior works continue, including wall finishing and tile installation. Entrance doors to the apartments are currently being installed, with works completed from the 4th to the 20th floors. Façade works are also in progress.
In the Building 3, plastering works are ongoing. The façade is 80% complete. Installation of entrance doors to the apartments continues, with works completed from the 3rd to the 16th floors. Finishing works in the common areas are also beginning.
Within the Stage 2, installation of equipment for the individual heating substation (IHS) is continuing.
Stage 3: In the Building 4, construction of the vertical structural elements of the third floor is underway. In the Building 5, preparations are ongoing for the installation of a tower crane.
Parking Facilities: The first car park has been commissioned. In the second car park, installation of electrical networks is underway, along with the installation of smoke extraction systems and a sprinkler fire-suppression system.
