Construction of Stages 2 and 3 of the Nordica Residence residential complex is progressing according to the planned schedule. Internal works, façade works, and engineering processes are being carried out simultaneously on site.
Stage Two: In the second building, one of the lifts has already been commissioned, and commissioning works for the next lift are ongoing. Installation of electrical networks to the apartments is continuing, with readiness up to the 27th floor. Plastering works in the common areas have been completed, and wall finishing and tile installation are now commencing. Installation of apartment entrance doors has also begun. Subject to favourable weather conditions, façade works are continuing, with overall completion at 35%.
In the third building, plastering works are ongoing, with readiness from the 3rd to the 18th floor. Façade works have been completed to 70%. Installation of apartment entrance doors is continuing, with readiness from the 3rd to the 7th floor.
Within Stage 2, installation of equipment for the individual heating substation (IHS) is ongoing.
Stage Three: In the fourth building, installation of the second-floor slab is nearing completion.
Parking facilities: In the first parking facility, the commissioning process is ongoing. In the second parking facility, installation of electrical networks, as well as installation of smoke extraction and sprinkler fire suppression systems, is continuing.
At the business-class Nordica Residence residential complex, a dedicated lounge space is planned on the 15th floor for work, relaxation, and meetings. This space will be available exclusively to residents of the complex. It will feature designated areas for individual laptop work, informal communication, and brief business meetings.
