Construction of Nordica Residence Stages 2 and 3 is in an active stage. All planned works are being carried out consistently and in accordance with the construction schedule.
In Stage 2, Building 2, screed pouring has been completed. Lift commissioning works are ongoing, and the installation of electrical networks to the apartments continues (readiness up to the 25th floor). Plastering works are being carried out in the common areas, with readiness from the 4th to the 26th floor. Façade works have also commenced.
In Building 3 of Stage 2, plastering works are ongoing (readiness from the 3rd to the 18th floor), along with façade works, which have reached 40% completion. The installation of apartment entrance doors has begun.
As part of Stage 2, the fit-out of the individual heating substation has been completed.
In Building 4 of Stage 3, the first-floor floor slab has been poured, and works on the installation of the vertical structural elements of the second floor are commencing. In Building 5, the foundation for the tower crane has been poured, and installation works are beginning.
In the first parking facility, screed pouring has been completed in full, and the installation of entrance gates has been finished. Finishing works have been carried out, while final line marking and wayfinding installation are ongoing. The facility is being prepared for commissioning.
In the second parking facility, the installation of electrical networks continues, along with the installation of smoke extraction systems and sprinkler fire suppression systems.
