We are pleased to announce that we have received Certificate No. ІУ123260202776 from the State Inspectorate for Architecture and Urban Development of Ukraine, confirming the readiness for operation of the car park within Stage 1 of the business-class Nordica Residence Residential Complex, currently under construction in Pecherskyi District of Kyiv.
This marks an important milestone in the implementation of the project and confirms that the facility complies with all applicable state building standards and regulatory requirements.
We continue to operate steadily, fulfil our commitments and consistently commission completed facilities. The receipt of the certificate is another confirmation of our systematic approach and responsible attitude towards our investors.
The next stage will involve assigning a postal address, preparing individual technical passports for the premises, and registering ownership rights.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that parking spaces are still available for purchase.

- initial payment from 10%;
- instalment plan for up to one year;
