Construction of the second and third phases of the Nordica Residence residential complex is ongoing. Façade, interior, and engineering works continue at the site, alongside parking facility construction and works within the buildings of the third stage.
In the second building of the second stage, installation of the final elevator is nearing completion. Wall finishing and tile installation continue on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors. Apartment entrance doors have already been fully installed. Facade works are also progressing steadily, with overall completion currently at 60%.
In the third building, finishing works in the common areas are ongoing, including wall painting and floor tiling. These works are currently 50% complete. Facade works have reached 70% completion.
Within the second stage of Nordica Residence, installation of the equipment for the individual heating substation has been completed.
In the second parking facility, installation of electrical networks, smoke extraction systems, and sprinkler fire suppression systems is ongoing. These works are currently 70% complete. Preparatory works for the roof waterproofing installation are also in progress.
In the fourth building of the third stage of Nordica Residence, works are underway on the vertical structures of the sixth floor.
A tower crane has already been installed at the fifth building. Earthworks are currently ongoing, including excavation of the foundation pit.
