Construction of Stage One of the Sister Residential Complex in Kyiv is progressing actively.
In Section 1.1, works are underway on the reinforced concrete frame, parapets, and the boiler room structure. Wall masonry works are continuing, while the installation of window systems is in progress on the second floor.
In Section 1.2, the reinforced concrete frame has been completed. Wall masonry works are ongoing, window installation is underway on the second, third, and fourth floors, and floor screeding works are being carried out.
In Section 1.3, the reinforced concrete frame has also been completed. Wall masonry works continue, window systems are being installed on the second, third, and fourth floors, and floor screeding is in progress.
In Section 1.4, construction of the reinforced concrete frame has been completed. Roofing works are underway, façade works on the loggias have commenced, and window installation has been completed. Internal plastering works in the common areas are also progressing, with the second and third floors already completed. Wall masonry is approaching completion on the eighth floor, while floor screeding works continue in parallel.
Engineering systems installation is ongoing in the basement areas of the first-stage buildings, including drainage, water supply, heating, electrical, and ventilation systems.
In addition, foundation works have been completed in Sections 2.2 and 3.1.
