Construction of the business-class Maxima Residence development in Kyiv continues to progress. The project, which RIEL is delivering in partnership with Bosphorus Development (Türkiye), is located at 30 Konovaltsia Street. Works are advancing simultaneously across multiple areas, including façade installation, glazing, engineering systems, interior works, and the construction of the third section of the development.
Section One: Active façade works and glazing installation continue in the first section. To date, 90% of the window systems have been installed. Installation of porcelain stoneware façade cladding is also underway. Testing and commissioning works for the lifts have been completed. At the same time, engineering systems installation is progressing, including electrical distribution and fire protection systems. Floor screeding works also continue.
Section Two: Installation of window systems remains ongoing, with 65% of the glazing area already installed and glazed. Engineering systems installation continues throughout the section. Façade works remain in an active phase, including installation of the drainage system and porcelain stoneware cladding. Testing and commissioning works for the service lift have been completed.
Section Three: Pile heads have been trimmed to the design level, and blinding concrete works for the pile cap foundation have been completed. Reinforcement works for the pile cap foundation of the third section are currently underway.
