Building No. 2 at Dolce Vita Residential Complex has officially been commissioned, marking the successful completion of another milestone for the development. The building’s completion has been confirmed by the Certificate of Commissioning issued by the State Inspectorate for Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine. The building comprises 114 apartments.
Receipt of the certificate confirms that construction has been completed and that the building has been formally accepted into operation in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
The next procedural steps include the assignment of a postal address, preparation of individual technical passports for each apartment, and registration of ownership rights.
It is worth noting that Dolce Vita is one of the developments originally initiated by another developer and successfully completed by RIEL. The residential complex consists of two buildings comprising five sections.
