Construction of Stage 1 at Brother Residential Complex continues to progress according to schedule. The project team is systematically completing each planned stage of construction while moving forward with new works across the development.
In Section A1, the basement plinth-level structural frame and the vertical structural elements of the ground floor have been completed. Waterproofing of the underground retaining walls has also been finalised, followed by backfilling works.
In Section A2, the foundation slab has been cast, while the structural frames of the technical level and plinth level have been completed. In addition, vertical waterproofing of the underground walls has been completed, and backfilling works have been carried out.
In Section A3, concreting of the first, second and third floors has been completed. Work has now commenced on casting the vertical structural elements of the fourth floor.
The stylobate raft foundation slab for the first construction phase has also been completed, and reinforcement of the stylobate’s vertical structural elements is now underway.
