Construction works on Stage One of the Brother Residential Complex are actively underway. The project team continues to deliver scheduled milestones and advance to new stages of construction across the development.

У секції А2 забетоноIn Section A1, the basement-level structural frame and floor slab have been completed. Waterproofing of the underground vertical walls has also been finalised, and backfilling works are now in progress.
In Section A2, the foundation slab, vertical walls, and vertical structural elements of the technical floor have been concreted. Waterproofing works on the underground vertical walls are currently underway.
In Section A3, the first floor has been completed in concrete, and concreting of the vertical structural elements of the second floor has commenced. In addition, waterproofing of the vertical walls has been fully completed, and backfilling works have been carried out.
The pile cap slab of the stylobate for the first development phase has also been concreted.
