Construction of the business-class Maxima Residence development in Kyiv is progressing steadily. The project, being delivered by RIEL in partnership with Turkish developer Bosphorus Development, is located at 30 Konovaltsia Street. Works are currently underway across multiple fronts, including façade installation, glazing, engineering services, interior fit-out and construction of the development's third section.
In Section One, façade works and glazing are progressing at pace, with 95% of the window systems now installed. Installation of the porcelain stoneware façade cladding is also ongoing. In addition, installation of apartment entrance doors has commenced, engineering services are nearing completion, and screed works are in their final stage.
In Section Two, installation of the window systems continues, with 70% of the glazing now completed. Engineering services installation is ongoing, while 60% of the screed works have been completed. Façade works are continuing in parallel, and installation of the passenger lifts is approaching completion.
In Section Three, the raft foundation (grillage foundation) has been completed. Construction has now moved on to the vertical reinforced concrete elements of the basement level.
Maxima Residence now offers enhanced purchase conditions, with an initial payment starting from 30%. Buyers making this initial payment are eligible for a standard 5% discount.
The remaining balance can be paid in interest-free instalments over a convenient period extending until the completion of construction works. Buyers choosing 100% upfront payment also receive a 5% discount on the full purchase price of the property.
Additional discounts are available for military personnel, healthcare professionals working in combat zones, internally displaced persons (IDPs) and other eligible categories, subject to the provision of supporting documentation.
