Real Estate Corporation RIEL reports that in the second stage of the Nordica Residence RC, the construction of monolithic structures on the 11th floor has been completed in the second building, and the laying of walls on the fourth and fifth floors is underway. In the third building, the vertical elements of the first floor have been poured, and a tower crane has been installed. At the same time, the installation of piles for the parking lot in the second stage is being completed.
In the first stage, façade works and installation of façade lighting continue in the first building, 50% of the work is complete. Internal utilities are being installed: water supply, heating and sewerage, from the 2nd to the 25th floors, the ventilation system for the parking lot and the building is 85% complete. The electrical networks are 90% complete, and the installation of elevators has been completed. Screeds are being poured on the 12th floor. The specialists have completed plastering the walls in the second to sixth floors of the common facilities, and are finishing the walls on the second and third floors.
In the third stage, we are starting to arrange test pile clusters for the construction of the fourth and fifth buildings.
