Real Estate Corporation RIEL reports that in the first stage of Nordica Residence RC construction, in the house No. 1 specialists are installing the ventilation system. The internal networks, in particular, water supply, heating and sewerage, are arranged on the 6, 7, 8 floors. The laying of heating and sewerage risers continues. At the same time, façade works are in progress, the roofing is 100% complete, installation of window constructions is almost finished. Preparation for dismantling of the tower crane is underway.
In the house No. 2, the monolithic structures of the fifth floor are being erected; the masonry walls are completed on the -1 and -2 floors.
In the house No. 3, foundation slab is poured, we begin to produce vertical elements.
